This group has diversified business activities. The group is involved in Manufacturing of Ghee and Oil through three manufacturing Units. Ship Breaking is the second largest concern of this group. They also own and operate Cotton Ginning Factories. This group is entering into assembly and progressive manufacture of two wheelers and three wheelers automotives for which an assembly plant is being set up at Hub Baluchistan / Lahore Punjab.

Real Estate development and Imports and local marketing of Agricultural inputs (fertilizers) is the recent diversification of the group's business while import and local marketing of general commodities is an old business venture of this group.
