The Adabisan-e-Soophia School has been established as a centre of excellence in Primary, Secondary and Higher Education in response to the country?s need for high standard education and proper moral and religious grooming of younger generations. Adabistan-e-Soophia School was established in 1946 as a model school for progressive Muslims. The School was registered under Societies Act XXI of 1860 in 1953. In 1978 the society was also registered as a trust to manage its affairs with the prime goal of providing proper education and grooming to our future generations.

The Trust facilitates excellence in education by developing appropriate curricula and teaching practices, appointing dedicated staff and providing an environment conducive to teaching and learning. The students educated in this institution aare expected to be highly competent in all aspects of life and possess human qualities as described in the Holy Quran for a true Muslim. The students who graduate from the school are also expected to lead an exemplary life so as to be role models for the society. The genesis of the Society goes back to the mid forties when Miss Soophia Majeed Turaie along with her younger sister Miss Fizza Turi (Administrator/ Chairperson of Trust) embarked on their area an opportunity to send their children to school without having fear of losing their progeny to an alien culture which had at that time taken root in our educational institutions.

The school since then has gone through various stages of development and has always maintained itself abreast of changes taking place in the world. With a highly qualified and dedicated team, the most well equipped science laboratories, excellent computer labs and introduction of audio video sessions for training of children for bright futures. Simultaneously a very strong emphasis is laid on teaching of Arabic language for better understanding of the Holy Quran and in-depth study of Islamiyat and Islamic History.
