Aala’Za FOODS, has been managing and operating staff cafeterias, canteens, pantries, meeting and conference facilities, etc. since 2007, Aala’Za FOODS is serving an average of 2000 meals daily including breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper and tea breaks with our 80 qualified and experienced culinary and service team members at our partners’ premises and from our central kitchen. We are serving reputable and established partners from various industries such as multi-national corporations, educational institutions, boarding schools, government agencies, etc.

Our services solution comprise of dining facility concept & design, kitchen equipment sourcing, procurement, installation & commissioning, entire supply chain of food and beverage procurement, menu planning and preparation, as well as the general operations and maintenance of food services and staff cafeterias at our partners’ premises. We are also capable of providing event and function catering services through our on-site team as well as our event catering services division.
