Job Purpose: The community Mobilizers will conduct Broad Based community meetings and form, reactivate, and strengthen village organizations (VOs) in the project areas under the supervision of senior project officer/project officer/SMU-KP/CDO by ensuring improved and effective delivery project activities. They will develop village development plans (VDPs) with the consultation of government line departments. Conduct capacity building trainings and support WASH/FSL team in formation of walnut and poultry groups and WASH related project activities. They will support and facilitate sector leads in identification, assessments and multiple distributions.

Communication Skills: Well developed written and oral communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and sensitively with internal and external stakeholders as a representative of IR. This includes effective negotiation and representation skills.

Fluency in English (oral and written) including excellent writing skills, however command over Pashto language is desirable.
