Company: SourceTek (on behalf of our client) Location: Johar Town, Lahore Employment Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: On-site About the Role SourceTek is looking for a Community Manager to develop an active community around the company's brand, strengthen audience relationships, and drive meaningful engagement across digital platforms. Responsibilities Develop and implement community growth and engagement strategies. Manage social media groups, online communities, and communication channels. Build relationships with members, customers, partners, and relevant stakeholders. Plan discussions, campaigns, events, webinars, and community initiatives. Respond to questions, comments, and feedback professionally. Identify community trends and opportunities for audience growth. Work with marketing and content teams on campaigns and initiatives. Track engagement, audience growth, and overall community performance. Represent the brand across community platforms and events. Gather audience feedback and communicate valuable insights to internal teams. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in community management, social media, marketing, communications, or a related role. Strong knowledge of social platforms and community-building techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills. Experience handling online audiences and community interactions. Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging initiatives. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with social media analytics and management tools. Must be available to work on-site in Johar Town, Lahore. Salary PKR 100,000 – 200,000/month , based on experience and expertise.
