Social Media Specialist

Communicators Globe Pvt Ltd seeks a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to enhance the companys online presence and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will manage social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube by creating, scheduling, and optimizing engaging content aligned with business goals. This role involves a strong focus on brand strategy and community engagement to generate business leads and reinforce market positioning. The Social Media Specialist is responsible for monitoring campaign performance and delivering insightful reports to inform strategic decisions. Collaboration across multiple departments, including HR and marketing teams, is essential to coordinate recruitment, branding, and marketing efforts. This position requires proficiency in social media advertising platforms, analytics, and content management systems. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience and be able to manage multiple campaigns while working onsite in Islamabad.
Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the companys social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content such as posts, graphics, videos, and campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.
Develop and maintain monthly content calendars that support business strategies and growth targets.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and return on investment.
Monitor social media platform performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed monthly reports on key metrics and insights.
Engage actively with the online community by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster positive relationships.
Collaborate with HR, marketing, and other teams to integrate social media efforts into broader recruitment, branding, and promotional campaigns.
Stay informed on current digital marketing trends, social media innovations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
Utilize content management systems to organize and streamline content publishing and archiving processes.
Use copywriting and creative skills to produce compelling and brand-aligned messaging across all social media channels.
Employ video editing tools and platforms to create engaging multimedia content that enhances audience engagement.
Implement and monitor social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads to achieve campaign objectives.
Apply analytical skills to interpret social media data and refine strategies based on performance and audience insights.
Manage time effectively to handle multiple social media campaigns concurrently with attention to detail and deadline adherence.
Support team collaboration by coordinating tasks and sharing updates to align social media initiatives with company goals.
