We are a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Manager with 1-2 years of experience and a strong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, optimize, and analyze Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Develop and implement paid social media advertising strategies to achieve company marketing goals.
- Conduct audience targeting and segmentation to maximize the impact of campaigns.
- Monitor and track campaign performance, using analytics tools to optimize and report on results.
- Create, test, and refine ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices on the Meta advertising platform.
- Perform A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising.
- Proven ability to create and manage successful Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the Meta Ads Manager platform and its tools.
- Basic knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Custom Audiences, and Lookalike Audiences.
- Experience in running both brand awareness and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for ad creatives.
- Experience in retargeting campaigns and conversion optimization.
