Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:

  • Manage a team of videographers and videoeditors.
  • Manage content from creation to posting.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience needs, and competitive landscape.

Content Creation & Scriptwriting:

  • Write and oversee the creation of high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and social media updates.
  • Develop scripts for video content, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Overlook all the tasks and other team members.

Content Planning & Publishing:

  • Plan and maintain an editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content.
  • Manage the publishing process across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and quality.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators, editors, and designers, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies based on insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure content meets organizational needs.
  • Present content strategies and performance reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
