- Masters Degree in Procurement, supply chain management or a member of recognized body of professional accountants.
- Specialized certification in procurement, supply chain management would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 08 years of working experience in Procurement & Supply Chain management with at least 3 years at managerial level.
- Experience of working with public health sector, health based INGO, Global Fund / United Nations funded program(s), vertical AIDS, TB & Malaria Program will be preferred.
- Prior experience of overseeing/auditing PSM activities (e.g. as an auditor/internal control department)
- Prior experience of assessing procurement functions of a large organization, as a member of different team (other than PSM team) or another organization (e.g. consulting company, TA provider)
- Experience of working in public health programs.
- Demonstrated solid experience/expertise in the procurement of health products (including tendering process)
- Experience/understanding supply chain/logistics management systems of health programmes
- Excellent report writing skills, presentation skills, analytical skills, computer skills with hands-on MS.
- Office packages and experience working with ERP & LMIS System is desirable. Max Age 50 years.
