Gulf experience is preferred, reflecting a need for candidates accustomed to regional standards and environmental conditions. The Chiller Technician operates independently without team management responsibilities but must collaborate effectively with other maintenance personnel. The technician troubleshoots faults, executes repairs, and maintains documentation to meet company maintenance goals. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on chiller units and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostics on chillers, compressors, and HVAC control systems to identify issues promptly and accurately.
  • Repair or replace malfunctioning components such as compressors, valves, and electrical controls according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate repair schedules and minimize system downtime.
  • Maintain detailed maintenance records, including diagnostic results, service performed, and parts used, to support operational transparency and compliance.
  • Adhere strictly to safety standards and practices when servicing refrigeration and HVAC equipment to protect personnel and company property.
  • Utilize specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to evaluate system performance and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry developments and emerging technologies related to refrigeration and HVAC systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on chiller system operation to clients and site personnel when necessary.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and execute repairs efficiently to restore system functionality.
