What you’ll do:

Define and oversee the overall creative direction for all client projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with client goals and brand guidelines.
Cultivate a collaborative, creative, and results-driven environment that fosters growth and innovation within the team.
Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, brand vision, and target audience, translating this into actionable creative strategies.
Oversee the creative development of campaigns across various platforms, ensuring that all content is on-brand, on-message, and on-target.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, copywriting, strategy, digital marketing) to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Oversee the quality control of all creative work before final delivery, ensuring high standards of design, messaging, and execution.
Work closely with project managers to develop timelines, allocate resources, and ensure efficient workflow.
Troubleshoot and resolve creative issues that may arise during the production or execution phases of projects.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within a marketing agency or similar environment. Extensive experience in digital marketing, brand development, and multi-channel creative execution.
Creative & Strategic Expertise: Strong creative vision with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative, effective marketing campaigns.
Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience in leading and inspiring creative teams, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Client-Facing & Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and internal teams.
Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and manage competing deadlines.
