We are looking for an addition to our hospitality team, a leader who is ready to take charge of our facility. As an all-rounder with a cross-disciplinary skill set, you will empower your team to operate independently and deliver the exceptional Comence experience to our residents on a daily basis. We are seeking a dynamic and solution-oriented individual with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with our residents.

This role requires daily operations tasks to be completed, and any hospitality issues are communicated and escalated to maintain the integrity of our residents’ experience.

To support the execution of community-building initiatives that solve problems, engage, and strengthen our community.

What does a typical day at Comence look like for you:

  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing Residents
  • Greet, meet, and direct Resident members, guests, and prospects
  • Get to know the members of our facility and develop strong relationships with them
  • Provide tours of the facility to new Residents and prospects
  • Provide onboarding support to new Residents and make them feel right at home
  • Lead & delegate tasks to Bellboys to ensure the integrity of the facility is maintained
  • Work with the Supervisor and ensure all aspects of the Comence experience are delivered to the members
  • Support the Front Desk Officer (FDO) in her day-to-day tasks and escalate pressing issues to the Supervisor when needed
  • Plan and coordinate events, including booking venues, managing budgets, and handling logistics
  • Support the FDO and Support Staff with day-to-day operational tasks and escalate as per the situation
  • Provide regular support to the Admin Department to ensure facility upkeep
  • Be the first point of contact for members if there is any query, concern, or complaint and address it promptly and effectively
  • Work with the Supervisor to understand the needs of your members and curate regular activities that add value to the lives of residents and non-residents alike
  • Provide support to other functions of Comence such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations as and when required by your supervisor
  • Taking the initiative to share innovative ways to enhance the Comence experience for our Residents

What we are looking for

Education:

Higher Secondary/Intermediate Education

Years of Experience:

0-1 Years

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in providing exceptional client service
  • Strong team player, highly organized, strong multitasker
  • Ease of learning and ability to retain and apply knowledge
  • Takes the initiative and direction and is a self-directed learner
  • Must be efficient while being precise and having an eye for detail
  • Possess high level of integrity, accountability, work ethic, and empathy
  • Experience in a co working or shared office space environment is an asset
  • Demonstrates sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Suite, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, social media etc.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to address and resolve their concerns efficiently
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for building communities and creating positive experiences for all stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong resident relationships
  • Ability to multi-task and meet multiple and/or unexpected deadlines in a demanding environment
  • Self-motivated individual who is able to thrive in an independent work environment and efficiently complete tasks with minimal supervision.
