Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts software
- Input and verify financial data in accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Generate reports & assist with data analysis
- Assist in preparing financial statements and other related documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical records as per the company's standards
- Assist in organizing and maintaining financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and bills
- Regularly back up data and ensure data security measures are followed
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, PeachTree Accounting, Tally, SAP or other ERP Systems)
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with general accounting principles
- Experience with data migration or software upgrades in accounting platforms
