Cold Calling Agent (Night Shift)

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into successful sales, and contributing to the company’s overall growth. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Address customer queries promptly and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the company’s system.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and listening.
- Basic computer skills to manage customer data and sales records efficiently.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities to engage customers effectively.

This is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance at the office located on the 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Road, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi. Working hours are from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
