Cold Calling Agent (Night Shift)

Mars BPO is seeking motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and at least one year of relevant experience. This role focuses on making outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into successful sales, and directly contributing to the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries by providing accurate and timely information.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using company systems.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and listening.
- Basic computer skills to manage customer data and operate relevant software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities to engage customers effectively.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Karachi. The monthly salary ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000, depending on experience and performance.
