We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior PHP Developer to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to identify and fix errors and improve application performance.
- Work with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to team meetings, code reviews, and brainstorming sessions to improve processes and productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of PHP programming language and web development concepts.
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter is a plus.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for writing clean and efficient code.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with responsive web design.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
