Codesolution seeks a skilled Full Stack Developer with a minimum of one year of experience to join a dynamic team. This role requires proficiency in both frontend and backend development technologies and the ability to design and integrate APIs for seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with React.js/Next.js for frontend frameworks, Node.js and Express.js for backend services, and a solid understanding of database management using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB. Experience in responsive web development and version control with Git and GitHub is essential. This position involves collaborating closely with a team of five developers, requiring strong communication and teamwork skills to contribute effectively to production-level web application projects.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain front-end interfaces using React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, and other related technologies to ensure high performance and responsiveness. Design, develop, and implement robust back-end services and APIs with Node.js and Express.js, integrating middleware components for optimal system functionality. Work with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB to design schemas, optimize queries, and manage data storage securely and efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while ensuring code quality and scalability. Utilize Git and GitHub for version control and code collaboration, maintaining documentation and adhering to development best practices. Participate actively in problem-solving sessions, code reviews, and team meetings to maintain high standards and continuous improvement in software development. Manage and guide a team of five developers, providing technical leadership and support to achieve project goals. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes to maintain the stability and reliability of deployed solutions. Stay updated with emerging industry trends and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions that improve business outcomes and user experiences.
