This role involves initiating outbound calls to prospective clients following a set script, with the goal of generating interest and setting appointments. You will work from the comfort of your home, using your excellent verbal communication skills to connect with potential customers and represent our brand professionally and effectively. The role requires adherence to call scripts, managing customer objections, and maintaining detailed records of interactions within CRM software. This position suits candidates with at least one year of experience in cold calling or customer service and those eager to develop their sales communication skills. You will not be managing a team but will play a critical role in driving the success of our outreach campaigns. Working independently, you must have a clear English/US accent, a reliable internet connection, and a quiet work environment to ensure professionalism and call quality.
Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in the US market using provided scripts and lead lists.
Engage prospects effectively to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Handle objections confidently by using proven objection-handling techniques to maintain call flow.
Adhere strictly to call scripts while customizing conversations to meet customer needs and responses.
Enter and update all call activities and customer information accurately in CRM software such as Salesforce.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and verbal communication that reflects the companys brand positively.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
Continuously improve cold calling skills and product knowledge to increase effectiveness.
Work independently in a remote setup, maintaining a quiet and interruption-free workspace to ensure call quality.
Provide feedback to the management team on call scripts, lead quality, and obstacles encountered during calls.
