Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with leads generated through various channels, including marketing campaigns and referrals.
  • Engagement: Build rapport and effectively communicate the value of our offerings to potential clients.
  • Qualification: Assess leads by asking relevant questions to determine their needs, budget, and readiness to proceed.
  • Data Management: Accurately record interactions and update lead information in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up by the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to provide insights and feedback on lead quality and conversion strategies.
  • Reporting: Track and report on call metrics and outcomes to help optimize our lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers.
