Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.
Coordinate production workflow for multiple products.
Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed to optimize productivity.
Monitor production operations to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Conduct regular inspections of products to identify defects or deviations.
Implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of production areas.
Promote a culture of safety and adherence to safety protocols among production staff.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements and skills:
3 -Years Proven experience as a Production Officer, Production Coordinator, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of production planning, scheduling, and quality control principles.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management), 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and 14001 (Environmental Management) will be preferred.
