Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and test CCTV cameras and related equipment.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of surveillance systems.
Upgrade or replace faulty equipment as needed.
Ensure that all CCTV systems are functioning optimally and in compliance with company standards.
Monitor live and recorded video feeds from CCTV systems to identify any suspicious activities or security breaches.
Conduct regular reviews of surveillance footage to assist in investigations and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Generate reports on security incidents and system performance.
Provide technical support to security personnel and other staff regarding CCTV and surveillance issues.
Assess the effectiveness of existing CCTV systems and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Ensure all CCTV operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and system configurations.
Document any incidents or issues related to surveillance equipment and operations.

Qualifications:

3-4 experience will be preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CCTV systems or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a CCTV Technician or in a similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, digital video recorders (DVRs), and network configurations.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to surveillance equipment.
Familiarity with relevant legal and regulatory requirements for surveillance and data protection.
Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Physical ability to handle and install equipment, including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.
May require working outside normal hours, including evenings and weekends, based on security needs.
Ability to respond to emergency situations promptly.
