•   Manage all aspects of labour resources including scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and training of labor personnel.
  •  Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies regarding working hours, breaks, and safety.
  •   Address and resolve labor-related issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  •   Act as a mediator between labor personnel and management to foster positive working relationships and resolve grievances.
  •   Implement disciplinary actions when necessary, ensuring fairness and adherence to company policies.
  •   Collaborate closely with production managers and supervisors to align labor resources with production schedules and targets.
  •   Implement strategies to optimize workflow and minimize downtime in production processes.
  •   Promote and enforce adherence to health and safety regulations and practices among labor personnel.
  •   Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment.
  •  Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard company premises, assets, and personnel.
  • Monitor access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and alarm systems to ensure effective security measures are in place.
  •  Respond to security incidents or emergencies promptly and appropriately.
  •  Supervise cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the workplace.
  •   Schedule and oversee cleaning activities to ensure all areas are adequately cleaned and maintained.

Requirements and skills:

  • 2-3, Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role with responsibilities in labor handling, security management, and cleaning coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with security protocols, CCTV surveillance systems, and emergency response procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting professionally with employees, vendors, and visitors.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
