A Gulf-based software company is hiring Mid-Career .NET Core Developers in Karachi for its offshore development team.
This is a full-time onsite role in a shared office environment. The candidate must be comfortable working with foreign teams, following structured development processes, and delivering stable, clean work with minimum supervision.
Key Highlights
Location: Karachi
Job Type: Full-time, onsite
Salary Range: PKR 90,000 – 130,000 per month
Experience Required: 2–4 years
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Friday off and alternate Saturday off
Candidate Expectations
- Self-motivated and responsible
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Comfortable working on critical development matters when required
- Good communication skills
- Professional attitude and ownership of assigned work
- Willing to work onsite on Gulf timings
Good to Have
- Experience with attendance systems, workflow systems, admin portals, dashboards, or business applications
- Experience with reporting modules, approval flows, or data-driven applications
- Basic knowledge of application security and performance optimization
- Experience working with international or remote teams

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Work on MVC applications, Web APIs, backend modules, and database-driven features
- Build and maintain clean, secure, and scalable application code
- Work with SQL Server databases, stored procedures, queries, and data-driven modules
- Debug issues, fix bugs, and improve existing application performance
- Coordinate with Gulf-based teams on development tasks, urgent fixes, and release-related work
- Follow Git, pull request, code review, and task tracking processes
- Understand assigned tasks clearly and deliver tested, stable output
- Work independently with limited supervision
