CNC Programmer

Shaan Technologies is seeking a dedicated full-time CNC Programmer to join their team at the EPZA facility in Landhi, Karachi. This on-site position involves working closely with CNC machines to ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical engineering or technology, along with practical experience in CNC programming and workshop operations. The role offers a morning shift schedule with a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CNC programs to optimize machining processes.
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to production requirements.
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC machinery and programming.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure machine reliability and accuracy.
- Coordinate with production teams to meet scheduling and quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical or a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technology.
- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a CNC workshop environment.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding engineering drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to CNC machine operation and programming.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing setting is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with production staff.

- Salary range is PKR 60,000 to 70,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and skill level.
