We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator with a fundamental understanding of programming to join our dynamic team in D.I Khan. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating project activities, ensuring smooth operations, and facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task tracking to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining regular communication to provide updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records to support effective project management.
- Basic Programming Tasks: Utilize basic programming skills to support project requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in quality assurance activities, including testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of software applications or project deliverables.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, to ensure alignment of project goals and facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in project coordination or management is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing project requirements.
