Clinix Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Store Assistant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of experience in retail sales, cash handling, inventory management, and customer service. This role involves working closely with customers to provide excellent service and ensure a smooth retail environment. Additionally, the Store Assistant will manage a small team of three persons, fostering a collaborative and efficient workplace while supporting day-to-day store operations. The Store Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy, processing sales transactions, and resolving customer inquiries promptly. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing store activities. The candidate will support the team by delegating tasks, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures to enhance overall store performance.
Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
Process cash and card payments accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
Manage daily cash handling, including cash reconciliation and deposit preparation.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by performing regular stock counts and organizing products.
Coordinate with suppliers and manage incoming deliveries to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Supervise and support a team of three store employees, providing guidance and resolving issues.
Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth store operations and foster teamwork.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment in compliance with company standards.
Implement store policies and procedures consistently to ensure operational efficiency.
Assist in merchandising and product display to promote sales and improve store appearance.
Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages to management promptly.
Support loss prevention measures by adhering to company security protocols.
