Clinix Central Ware House seeks a dedicated Pharmacy Section Manager to lead and oversee the prescription processing operations within our pharmacy section. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of two years of relevant experience and a proven ability to manage all aspects of pharmacy workflow efficiently. This role involves supervising a team of 25 staff members, ensuring that prescription processing is accurate, timely, and compliant with all regulatory requirements. The Pharmacy Section Manager is responsible for maintaining high standards of patient safety, inventory management, and operational excellence in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the capability to implement process improvements that enhance the overall performance of the pharmacy section.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of 25 pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the prescription processing operations to guarantee accurate and timely dispensing of medication in accordance with professional standards and legal regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective workflow strategies to optimize productivity and reduce errors within the pharmacy section.
  • Coordinate inventory management activities, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and ensuring the proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable healthcare laws, pharmacy regulations, and internal policies to ensure patient safety and regulatory adherence.
  • Train and mentor team members, providing continuous guidance and performance feedback to support professional growth and enhance overall team competence.
  • Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to streamline operations and improve patient service delivery.
  • Analyze prescription processing data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive performance enhancements.
