Job Type: Part-Time (8PM - 12AM)

Responsibilities:

Optimize Email Campaigns: Use proven strategies to improve engagement, deliverability, and conversion rates for email marketing campaigns.

Domain Warm-Up & Authentication: Warm up email domains to ensure high deliverability. Authenticate email domains using SPF/DKIM/DMARC/MX DNS records and set up inboxes through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other email providers.

Automated Inbox Warm-Up: Connect all inboxes with automated warm-up software to ensure consistent and reliable email delivery over a 3-week period.

Email Setup & Authentication: Set up email accounts in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or other providers as needed. Configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC/MX DNS records to enhance email deliverability.

Mailgun Integration: Set up and manage Mailgun for transactional and bulk email campaigns, configuring domain authentication and monitoring email performance metrics.

Inboxes & Automation: Connect all inboxes with automated warm-up software for consistent deliverability.

Lead Generation: Use Apollo.io to find and verify email addresses for targeted campaigns.

Document Management: Create, track, arrange, and store key business documents as part of the business development process.

Business Development Support: Use tools like Apollo.io to find new leads and support business development efforts.

Requirements:

Experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.).
Familiarity with email domain warm-up strategies.
Knowledge of Apollo.io for lead generation.
Experience in business development is a plus.
Ability to create and manage site submission sheets and maintain business documents efficiently.
