We are actively seeking a dynamic Clinical Research Associate / Business Coordinator to join our Remote Clinical Operations team. In this role, the CRA will play a crucial role in managing, implementing, and monitoring clinical studies remotely within a team framework, while adhering to Cliniverse Research SOPs and all relevant regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with Principal Investigators and Sponsor teams to effectively oversee clinical site operations.
  • Identify investigators based on the study site selection criteria and subsequently submit their information to the sponsors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical site inquiries related to study protocols, FQs, start-up procedures, budgets, contracts, and associated documentation.
  • Cultivate long-lasting relationships with both current and newly affiliated sites within our clinical network, consistently staying attentive and responsive to their queries.
  • Act as the primary liaison for communications with pharmaceutical and biotech partners, representing Cliniverse Research as the Study lead.
  • Engage directly with clinical sites in the United States on multiple studies, supporting the overall study placement process.
  • Establish connections with research divisions of major pharmaceutical companies and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and increasingly complex responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required. Preferably in the pharmaceutical and Clinical Research industry.
  • Previous experience with a Clinical Research Organization (CRO) or Site Management Organization (SMO) is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and proficient laptop usage.
  • Strong command of the English language, both in written and verbal communication.
  • Capability to predict and promptly address issues, along with defining suitable action plans.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in client management skills.
