Client Services Executive

Company: SourceTek (on behalf of our client) Location: Johar Town, Lahore Employment Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: On-site About the Role SourceTek is hiring a Client Services Executive to manage client relationships, understand business requirements, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the client lifecycle. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant internal teams. Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients. Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely manner. Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, updates, and service-related discussions. Monitor client requirements and ensure agreed deliverables are communicated effectively. Prepare client updates, reports, presentations, and relevant documentation. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention. Gather client feedback and share actionable insights with internal teams. Support client onboarding and maintain accurate account records. Track ongoing client activities and follow up on pending matters. Assist with renewals, upselling, and additional service opportunities where applicable. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in client services, account management, customer success, business development, or a related field. Strong client communication and relationship-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to understand client needs and coordinate solutions effectively. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Professional approach to handling client concerns and requests. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM and client-management tools is preferred. Must be based in Lahore and available to work on-site in Johar Town.
