Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and functionality of The Company’s database
Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM system.
Develop and implement Client Engagement techniques that will retain existing
customers.
Responsible for generation & execution of Sales & Purchase agreement from all parties
Responsible for handing over SPA to customer and Document Control Department
Responsible for scanning all the SPAs to maintain records.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify customer support and technical
problems and resolve them.
Assist in Collection of Installment payments
Creating memos for approval of management on customer request
Reconciliation of payments with Finance Department
Responsible for addressing client queries.
Create different policies and procedures for Company processes.

Educational Qualification

Graduation from an HEC recognized university.

Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Highly proficient in Word Processing, spreadsheet, and presentation
applications and inclined towards working in a technology-driven environment.
