We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong front-end focus to join our dynamic team. Your role will center on Next.js development, performance optimization, and seamless collaboration with our USA-based team. This position demands attention to detail, a passion for creating bug-free code, and experience with modern development tools and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Next.js, leveraging features like server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and dynamic routing.
Integrate and manage headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Sanity, or Strapi.
Work with MongoDB for database management and ensure efficient data modeling and querying.
Optimize performance through lazy loading, code splitting, and other best practices.
Collaborate with our USA-based team in real time to ensure smooth development and project delivery.
Utilize FullStory and other analytics tools to analyze user behavior and improve user experience.
Write clean, testable code and perform thorough unit testing and integration testing to ensure bug-free applications.
Use Git for version control and maintain a clean, organized codebase.
Participate in code reviews, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Implement responsive designs using frameworks like Tailwind CSS or CSS Modules, ensuring mobile-first performance.
Collaborate with backend teams on API integration using REST or GraphQL.

Required Skills:

Next.js: Proficient in SSR, SSG, API routes, and middleware.
MongoDB: Strong knowledge of database architecture, querying, and optimization.
Performance Optimization: Expertise in tools and techniques for fast, efficient web applications.
Headless CMS: Experience with platforms like Contentful, Sanity, or Strapi.
Version Control: Advanced knowledge of Git and workflow best practices (e.g., branching, pull requests).
Frontend Tools: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and libraries like SWR or React Query.
Testing: Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress for robust, bug-free code.
Styling: Expertise in Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or styled components.
Strong understanding of SEO and web accessibility standards.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not Required):

Experience with GraphQL and libraries like Apollo Client.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools like Vercel or Netlify.
Knowledge of Firebase for real-time data and authentication.
Familiarity with Turborepo or NX for mono repo management.
Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in full-stack or frontend development, with a focus on Next.js.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven ability to deliver responsive, high-performance, and bug-free web applications.
