We are looking for a Customer Service Representative whose job responsibilities include:
- Improve lead conversion rate. (leads from social media pages, Website, Whatsapp and BTL activities).
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Manage inbound & outbound calls.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience & Qualification:
Previous call center experience, strong customer services and excellent communication skills. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree.
