We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and assistance through various channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure our customers have a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media.
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, and order tracking.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, shipping, and return policies.
  • Collaborate with the production and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide the best customer support.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the management team for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Urdu is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer support software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
