We need a Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual in a manufacturing company. interested candidate can join us for exposure in HR/Admin.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Help manage employee records and HR operations.
- Support team in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with labor laws/company policies.
- Help with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Familiarity with basic HR concepts and labor laws is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
Fresh Graduates can also apply for HR intern, later on that will lead to job role of Assistant HR&Admin
