- Mention on your CV the Job Applied for i.e. Accountant or Asst. Accountant
- Responsible for bookkeeping of all financial aspects of a business.
- Perform reconciliation of cash and bank, and reconciliation of debtors and creditors on daily and monthly basis respectively.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the preparation of all ledgers and trial balances.
- Responsible for managing cash and making disbursements.
- Responsible to Cross check and Approve all financial entries.
- Responsible for compliance with tax and local regulatory authorities.
- Responsible for finding loopholes and developing and implementing the strong internal control.
- Prepare financial MIS reporting on excel as per requirement
- Document financial transactions by entering account information
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cash flow to maintain financial control.
- Review and recommend modifications to the accounting system and procedures.
- Working Experience of manufacturing concerns in EPZ is a plus.
- Periodic Audit of Fixed Assets, receivables etc.
- Any other duties as required.
