The Paid Social Media Specialist will develop, launch, optimize and report on paid social media campaigns within and across various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for various business lines and products, with a focus on driving business growth and return on ad spend.

What You Will Do:

  •  Create cohesive, multi-platform paid social media campaigns to build brand affinity and awareness, increase retention and engagement rates, and generate conversions for key marketing and sales objectives within our social media platform accounts.
  •  Perform day-to-day activities including but not limited to paid social media campaign set-up, ad-creative generation/optimization, monitor pacing and optimize to goals and planned budget levels, utilize database list segmentation and targeting, in-platform affinity audience targeting, A/B testing and reporting while adhering to best-in-industry standards.
  •  Analyze campaign performance and optimize ads based on KPIs.
  •  Provide insights to the broader team to inform future digital marketing strategies.
  •  Make recommendations on budgets and targeting based on overall pacing and performance.
  •  Collaborate with other paid media and organic social media teams to ensure strategic alignment across channels.
  •  Consult and advise on best practices for creative ad generation/executions and provide specs and guidance for creative development for each social media platform: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others.
  •  Drive business growth and overall revenue through Paid Social channels and advertising spend
  •  Assist with other areas of the digital marketing department as needed.
  •  Maintain knowledge of paid social media best practices, trends and industry developments and share learnings with cross functional teams

What You Need:

  •  2 years of hands-on experience with various social media platform interfaces like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok: Ads Manager, Business Manager and Page Insights
  •  Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  •  Good organizational skills and time management
  •  Proactive mindset and leadership abilities
  •  Hybrid position based out of Lahore, Pakistan
