We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telesales representative to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products over the phone, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls professionally from potential customers to promote and sell company products
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Qualify leads by identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about the features, benefits, and specifications of our products.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques, including objection handling and closing strategies.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the sales manager

Requirement

  • Preference will be given to those having prior experience in telesales US Telecom Sales Campaign or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and concise speaking voice.
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Resilience to handle rejection and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes and learn new products.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
