Cinnabon Pakistan is looking for a delivery manager with good communication & management skills.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 2-3 years of management experience in the field home delivery & customer service.
- Proficient with Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proficient with online delivery management systems.
- Good spoken English.
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- Based in Lahore.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all channels of delivery business for Pakistan (online, direct, third party portals).
- Review customer order, confirm and assign to relevant cities/outlets.
- Analyze, report and troubleshoot delivery order concerns & queries.
- Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
- Ensure all delivery SOPs are adhered across all outlets.
- Identify actionable improvement
