Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations for the assigned region with full accountability for team performance and business outcomes.

- Build and sustain strong professional relationships with doctors, consultants, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare partners to foster trust and cooperation.
- Identify potential markets and new business avenues through proactive research and effective territory management.
- Set and meet ambitious sales targets while maintaining superior customer experiences across the healthcare network.
- Conduct thorough analysis of competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to adjust and optimize growth strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of 20 staff members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Make informed and timely decisions to address challenges and capitalize on business opportunities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Ensure all operational processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements to maintain quality and integrity.
