This role does not involve managing a team and focuses on delivering accurate, clear, and accessible document resources for various business needs. The Documentation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that all documents meet company standards and are properly formatted and stored. They work closely with different departments to gather information, create detailed and well-structured documents, and optimize documentation processes using AI technologies. Attention to detail, proficiency in document editing and formatting, and the ability to leverage modern tools to enhance documentation quality are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities

Create, edit, and maintain company tender documents.
Utilize AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to enhance document creation, proofreading, and data extraction processes.
Handle and manipulate PDF files, including editing, converting, and formatting, to meet document standards and requirements.
Make excel files for internal usage of quotation.
Help in genenerating the post through AI for marketing promotion.
Because it's a remote job, so you have to report daily about the task performed.
