1. Young civil engineering professional having two to three years’ experience who can prepare documentation for project bids.

2. Professionals who are willing to work on the projects bidding of various fields and support their immediate senior management in daily working.

3. Engineer who can review in detail the RFPs to analyze the client’s requirements and furnish the company documentation accordingly.

4. Engineer who can outline project specifications from tender documents and outline the anticipated timelines for it. He should be capable of making project schedules by leveraging the firm\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s resources and determining the most efficient processes for the project bid as per client requirement.

5. Engineering professionals should have experience to prepare competitive costing of the project by considering market rates.

6. Professionals need to collaborate with other departments of the company to have all the supportive documentation like the Finance department beside contracts department for legal affidavits, agreements etc.

7. Professional who have excellent command on the software’s like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Work, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Project , Adobe and Primavera.
