We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to drive the sales and promotion of our innovative cosmetics skincare products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in dermatology, and possess exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinic Visits: Regularly visit dermatologist clinics to introduce and promote our range of skincare products, including serums, whitening creams, and more.
- Business Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the dermatology community.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase product sales.
- Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of product ingredients and benefits to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and identify opportunities to expand our market reach.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic sales and marketing.
- Strong understanding of the dermatology market and its key players.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
