We are looking for a skilled cook with at least two years of experience in either Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or Full-Service Restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing high-quality dishes, with particular expertise in cooking steak to various temperatures and deep-frying fries. This role demands excellent attention to detail, a refined palate for evaluating recipes, and the ability to communicate effectively in Arabic with customers. The position is on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities

- Consistently prepare and deliver dishes that meet established quality standards.
- Cook steaks accurately to various specified temperatures with precision.
- Deep-fry fries and other menu items efficiently while maintaining high quality.
- Provide constructive feedback on recipes, suggesting improvements, modifications, and potential new menu items.
- Ensure all dishes are presented attractively with meticulous attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with customers in Arabic to enhance their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of two years’ professional experience in a Quick Service or Full-Service Restaurant environment.
- Proven ability to consistently produce high-quality food.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in cooking steak to various temperatures.
- Proficient deep-frying skills, especially for fries.
- A refined palate capable of providing insightful input on recipe development.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in food presentation.
- Fluency in Arabic for effective communication with customers.
