Chauffeur Dispatching Controller

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chauffeur Dispatching Controller to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and will be responsible for managing the daily operations related to chauffeur assignments and fleet coordination. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and drivers. The position operates during the morning shift and offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and assign chauffeur schedules to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Manage booking requests and maintain accurate records of driver assignments and fleet usage.
- Oversee driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date fleet records, including vehicle maintenance and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication regarding chauffeur services.
- Monitor compliance with transportation laws and internal safety standards.
- Handle incident reporting and escalation promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
- Utilize transportation or dispatch software to streamline scheduling and record-keeping processes.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of two years’ experience in chauffeur dispatching, fleet management, or a related field.
- Relevant educational background or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in using transportation or dispatch software tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance related to chauffeur services.
