Role and Responsibilities
- Learning to handle import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance documents.
- Assisting in managing inventory levels, ensuring stock availability, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently.
- Participating in quality checks of incoming goods to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.
- Coordinating with logistics providers for transportation and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Familiarizing yourself with inventory management systems and software used for tracking shipments and maintaining records.
- Adhering to import regulations, safety standards, and company policies related to logistics and warehouse operations.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams such as procurement, sales, and customer service to meet organizational goals.
Requirements
- Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems that arise.
