The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining incoming and outgoing raw material data using SAP ERP and other relevant software systems. This role demands a strong focus on data accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to company procedures while supporting the purchasing and inventory management processes. The role requires at least one year of relevant experience, good computer proficiency particularly in MS Excel, and the ability to operate within a structured environment without team management responsibilities. The Data Entry Operator plays a critical role in ensuring that gate passes and related documents are properly recorded and tracked. They must audit and verify existing records periodically, report discrepancies promptly to supervisors, and maintain systematic filing for easy retrieval. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of company records are essential. Responsibilities

Record and maintain gate inward and outward entries accurately and on scheduled timelines.
Enter detailed information of incoming and outgoing raw materials into SAP or ERP systems.
Create new item entries within the SAP or ERP platform as required.
Conduct regular audits of existing item records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Initiate purchase requests in SAP when necessary and maintain accurate documentation.
Ensure all data entries into ERP systems or Excel sheets are precise and reflect actual transactions.
Maintain organized filing systems for gate passes and all supporting documentation related to inventory movement.
Check quantities of every incoming item rigorously and document any discrepancies for further follow-up.
Report any unauthorized movements or irregularities immediately to the concerned supervisor.
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard the accuracy and integrity of all company records.
Collaborate effectively with other departments to facilitate smooth operations related to inventory and gate activities.
Comply with company rules and procedures ensuring a disciplined and controlled work environment.
