Chaplet International (Pvt) Limited is seeking a diligent and detail-focused Data Entry Operator to join its production department within the metal fabrication industry. This role involves accurately entering and maintaining production data, including daily output, materials, and inventory transactions. The candidate will work closely with production supervisors to verify data accuracy and ensure smooth operational workflows. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data management tools are essential to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate holds at least a FA/ICS qualification or a computer diploma and possesses 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/SAP systems are important for effective data handling. This is a full-time position located in Lahore, offering competitive monthly compensation and various employment benefits. The role does not involve managing a team but requires excellent coordination and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update production data such as daily output, material usage, and inventory flows into the designated system, including ERP, SAP, or Excel.
Maintain precise records of work orders, job cards, and inventory transactions to support production tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with production supervisors and other relevant staff to collect, verify, and validate data inputs ensuring high data integrity.
Identify and address any discrepancies or errors in data promptly to maintain accurate and reliable records.
Organize and maintain proper documentation and filing systems to facilitate audits, compliance, and operational reviews.
Assist during audit processes by providing necessary data and supporting documentation to demonstrate compliance.
Utilize data management software effectively to improve data handling workflows and efficiency.
Apply strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
Continuously develop proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Support the production team by ensuring all data related to production activities is complete, up to date, and easily accessible.
