Role and Responsibilities
- Create and prepare all necessary export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading.
- Ensure all export documentation meets regulatory requirements and international trade laws, including customs regulations and trade restrictions.
- Work closely with logistics and shipping companies to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to international customers.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to resolve documentation issues and ensure smooth shipment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of export documentation and shipment details for auditing and compliance purposes.
- Stay updated on changes in export regulations and documentation requirements to ensure compliance.
- Use relevant software and tools for documentation preparation and management.
- Handle any discrepancies or challenges related to export documentation, such as incorrect paperwork or shipping delays.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer.
Qualifications
- B.Com
- Fresh, no experience required.
