We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations.

This role will also be responsible for managing the Human Resources (HR) department. The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Lalamusa office, ensuring efficient functioning and productivity.
Manage the HR department, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training, and performance management
.Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a safe and productive workplace.
Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate with the chief executives for reporting, budgeting, and alignment with company-wide goals.
Handle payroll, employee records, and other administrative tasks.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field 1 to 2 years of experience in managing office operations and HR functions.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
